Use this page to contact Elzo Forms about billing, payments, refunds, account access, licenses, privacy, security, and product questions that are not answered in the documentation.

Elzo Forms is built and maintained as a self-service WordPress plugin. We try to keep the product clear, useful, honest, and well documented, while keeping direct contact focused on issues that genuinely need personal review.

Before you contact us

To help us respond clearly and keep Elzo Forms affordable, please choose the right contact path:

  • Billing, payment, refund, account, or license access: contact us directly.
  • Product setup and how-to questions: please start with the documentation and available public resources.
  • Product bugs: send clear steps to reproduce the issue, including screenshots, error messages, and version details where possible.
  • Site-specific debugging or custom setup: this is not included in the license price.

Product help

Elzo Forms is a self-service product. Product help may be available through documentation, a knowledge base, public community channels, and public bug reports when they are available.

The license price does not include private one-on-one technical support, custom setup, site-specific debugging, third-party plugin or theme conflict resolution, hosting administration, consulting, or custom development.

Clear public bug reports for reproducible product issues are welcome and may be reviewed for future fixes or updates.

Billing, payments, refunds, and delivery

For payment, invoice, refund, duplicate charge, failed delivery, account access, or license purchase questions, contact billing@elzoforms.com.

Please include your order email, order number or transaction ID if available, license key if relevant, and a short description of the issue.

License and account questions

For general license activation, account access, download, or renewal questions that are not billing-related, contact support@elzoforms.com.

Please include your account email, license key if available, website domain if relevant, and a short description of what you need.

Privacy requests

For privacy requests, account data questions, or data protection questions, contact privacy@elzoforms.com.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to privacy-related requests.

Security reports

If you believe you have found a security issue in Elzo Forms, contact security@elzoforms.com with the subject line "Security Report".

Please include a clear description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, affected version if known, and any relevant technical details. Please do not publicly disclose a security issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to review it.

Reproducible product bugs

If you report a product bug, please include enough information for us to reproduce it:

  • Elzo Forms version
  • Free or PRO version
  • WordPress version
  • PHP version
  • Browser and device if relevant
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Expected result
  • Actual result
  • Error messages, screenshots, or logs if available

We may review reproducible product defects, but we do not promise private troubleshooting, site access review, or response times for technical questions unless expressly stated in writing.

A note from the developer

Elzo Forms is a small independent product. Direct contact is mainly reserved for account, billing, license, refund, privacy, security, and clearly reproducible product issues.

This helps us spend more time improving the product, documentation, stability, and user experience for everyone instead of turning every license into private consulting.
