License Terms

These License Terms apply to paid Elzo Forms plugin products, license keys, updates, downloads, activations, renewals, account access, support, and commercial license services.
These License Terms are part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing, activating, renewing, or using a paid Elzo Forms license key or related commercial license service, you agree to these License Terms.
Software license
The WordPress plugin code is provided under the license stated in the plugin files. Where the plugin declares GPL-2.0-or-later, the PHP source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2 or later. A commercial purchase does not remove open-source rights that apply to GPL-licensed code.
Nothing in these License Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under an applicable open-source license for software code that has already been lawfully provided to you.
Commercial license services
A paid Elzo Forms purchase provides access to commercial license services, such as license activation, license validation, product updates, paid downloads, account access, renewal eligibility, and any paid-service features made available for the purchased plan.
These commercial license services are separate from any open-source rights that may apply to software code already lawfully provided to you under the license stated in the plugin files.
Commercial license key
A paid plan provides a license key used to access updates, downloads, activation services, and other commercial license services for the number of sites and period shown at checkout. The license key is assigned to the purchasing account and may be used only within the activation limits and permitted use of the purchased plan.
You are responsible for keeping your license key private and secure. You must not publicly share, publish, resell, transfer, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to private license keys or paid downloads.
Activation limits
Each license may be activated on a limited number of domains according to the plan purchased. You may deactivate a domain and activate another one if your plan allows it and if the new domain is eligible under these License Terms.
Attempts to bypass activation limits, abuse the license API, automate excessive license checks, publicly share private license keys, or use license services in a way that harms our infrastructure, product, or other customers may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of commercial license services.
Updates and compatibility
Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, and new features. We aim to support current WordPress and PHP versions, but compatibility may depend on your theme, plugins, hosting, server configuration, browser environment, and site-specific custom code.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress setup, third-party plugin, theme, hosting provider, page builder, custom integration, or outdated software version unless expressly stated in writing.
Self-service help
The license price does not include private one-on-one technical support. Product help may be available through documentation, a knowledge base, public community channels when available, and public bug reports.
We may review reproducible product defects, but we do not promise custom setup, site-specific debugging, third-party conflict resolution, hosting administration, custom development, consulting, or response times for technical questions.
Billing, account access, license, payment, and refund questions may be handled privately because they may involve account or payment information.
Expiration and renewals
When a license or subscription expires, the product may continue to work according to the license stated in the plugin files, but access to new updates, downloads, license activation, license validation, support channels, and other commercial license services may stop unless renewed.
Renewal pricing, renewal terms, available features, and included services may change over time. Renewal is not guaranteed if a license, account, customer, domain, website, or related activity is not eligible under these License Terms.
Restrictions
You must not resell private license keys, provide unauthorized hosted access to paid downloads, misrepresent yourself as an official reseller, bypass license limits, abuse downloads, abuse the license API, create fraudulent accounts, submit fraudulent payments, or use the license service in a way that harms the product, infrastructure, reputation, or other customers.
You must not use Elzo Forms commercial license services to support or facilitate prohibited, abusive, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, malicious, or unlawful activity.
Acceptable site use
Elzo Forms commercial license services are intended to support honest, lawful, and constructive websites. We do not want Elzo Forms paid services to support websites, businesses, projects, or activities that we determine, in our reasonable and good-faith judgment, to be illegal, abusive, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, malicious, or seriously unethical.
Examples may include, without limitation: malware, phishing, credential theft, spam operations, deceptive lead generation, scam websites, fraudulent financial schemes, illegal marketplaces, exploitation of minors, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, terrorist or extremist activity, hate or harassment campaigns, doxxing, unlawful surveillance, distribution of stolen data, or other activity that we believe may harm people, violate the law, or seriously conflict with the values under which Elzo Forms is offered.
Right to refuse or terminate commercial license services
We may refuse, suspend, restrict, revoke, or terminate access to Elzo Forms commercial license services, including license activation, license validation, updates, downloads, account services, support, and future renewals, if we believe in our reasonable and good-faith judgment that a license, account, customer, domain, website, or related activity is connected to unacceptable use.
We may also refuse future purchases, renewals, license activations, account access, or support access for customers, accounts, domains, websites, or projects that were previously suspended, refunded, blacklisted, rejected, or otherwise restricted under these License Terms.
This does not limit any open-source rights that may apply to software code already lawfully provided to you under the license stated in the plugin files. It only affects access to Elzo Forms commercial license services.
Domain blocking and replacement
We may block, reject, or blacklist specific domains, subdomains, URLs, accounts, license keys, IP addresses, or other identifiers from using Elzo Forms commercial license services if we determine that they are associated with prohibited, abusive, harmful, deceptive, exploitative, malicious, unlawful, or unacceptable use.
Where appropriate, we may allow the customer to remove the blocked domain and use the remaining license activation limit on another eligible website. We are not required to allow domain replacement where the violation is serious, repeated, fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, or creates risk for Elzo Forms, other customers, third parties, or our reputation.
Refunds after refused service
If we terminate or restrict commercial license services because of unacceptable site use, we may, at our discretion, provide a full or partial refund, allow domain replacement, or deny a refund where the violation is serious, fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, repeated, or caused costs, risks, chargebacks, abuse, or reputational harm.
A refund does not create any obligation for us to provide future service, accept future purchases, reactivate a blocked domain, restore account access, or reactivate a license key.
Changes to license services
We may change, improve, replace, limit, or discontinue parts of Elzo Forms commercial license services over time. We will try to make reasonable product decisions, but we do not guarantee that every feature, integration, activation method, update channel, or support channel will remain available forever.
