Last updated: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Elzo Forms collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, account area, checkout, licensing services, downloads, support channels, documentation, and paid products.
This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, License Terms, Payment and Delivery terms, and Refund Policy.
Elzo Forms is operated by FOP Artem Palonyi, located at Petlina str. 7, Druzhkivka, Ukraine, 84205, Ukraine.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, billing details, purchase history, license keys, activated domains, support messages, refund requests, and other information you send to us.
When you create or use an account, our WordPress-based account system may store information such as your username, email address, display name, first name, last name if provided, password hash, account role, account status, and login/session information needed to operate the account area securely.
When you purchase, download, activate, update, or validate a license, we may process information such as the license key, site domain, product name or plan, download or delivery status, activation status, activation dates, renewal or expiration status, and related technical metadata. Current license activation records store the activated domain and activation timestamps. Current update checks may send the license key and site domain to the update service.
At checkout, when you accept the legal terms, we store the acceptance timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the list of accepted policies with the order.
We may keep order, payment, delivery, download, activation, license, account, and communication records to provide the product, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate payment disputes, enforce our terms, comply with legal obligations, and prove digital delivery where needed.
Information from websites using Elzo Forms
If you install Elzo Forms on your own WordPress website, you are responsible for the personal information collected through forms on that website. Elzo Forms does not automatically receive form submissions from your website unless you intentionally send that data to us or use a service that transmits it to us.
Website owners using Elzo Forms are responsible for having their own privacy policy, obtaining any required consents, protecting submitted data, and complying with laws that apply to their website, visitors, and form submissions.
Elzo Forms form submissions may store submitted form fields, logged-in user ID, visitor IP address, browser user agent, submission timing information, spam status, and related form metadata in the website owner's WordPress database. Optional anti-spam modules or integrations may send limited submission and technical data to third-party anti-spam services when those modules are enabled by the website owner.
Elzo Forms license activation, validation, update, and download services may receive technical license-related information from websites using a paid license, such as the license key, site domain, activation status, and related technical metadata.
Payments
Payments are processed by WayForPay or another payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, payer contact details, amount, currency, payment method information, invoice or order details, refund status, chargeback status, and fraud-prevention signals needed to confirm an order, issue a license, handle refunds, prevent fraud, resolve payment disputes, and keep financial records.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, process orders, confirm payments, deliver downloads and license keys, activate and validate licenses, provide product updates, send transactional emails, respond to billing or account requests, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, improve the website and products, enforce our terms, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, and security obligations.
We may also use limited technical and usage information to understand how the website is used, diagnose problems, improve user experience, improve documentation, measure product interest, and protect the website and licensing infrastructure.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis for processing, we may process personal information based on one or more of the following grounds:
- Contract: to create your account, process your order, deliver downloads, issue and validate license keys, provide updates, and manage renewals.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the website, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the product, maintain license services, handle disputes, protect our business, and understand how users interact with the website.
- Legal obligations: to keep records required for tax, accounting, payment, compliance, and legal purposes.
- Consent: where we ask for consent, such as for optional emails, optional cookies, or other optional processing where required by law.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, account security, checkout, payment processing, preferences, fraud prevention, and website functionality.
Some cookies are necessary for the website, account area, checkout, payment flow, or licensing services to work correctly. These may include WordPress login cookies, session cookies, security cookies, checkout cookies, and cookies used by payment-related services.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling required cookies may prevent account, checkout, payment, or license-related features from working correctly.
Privacy-friendly analytics
We may use simple first-party analytics to understand how the Elzo Forms website is used and to improve pages, documentation, and product experience. These analytics are designed to measure aggregate usage without identifying individual visitors.
Our first-party analytics do not use advertising cookies, do not create cross-site tracking profiles, and do not sell analytics data to third parties. We may collect limited technical information such as page path, event type, approximate device type, browser family, language, referrer domain, and event time.
We avoid storing full IP addresses in analytics records. Where temporary technical processing is needed for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention, we try to minimize and delete or anonymize such data as soon as reasonably possible.
If we add third-party analytics, advertising pixels, remarketing tools, or similar tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, ask for consent before loading non-essential cookies or trackers.
Email communications
We may send transactional emails related to your account, purchases, payments, license keys, downloads, renewals, security, terms, refunds, and important service notices.
If we offer newsletters, product updates, or marketing emails, we will provide a way to unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications. Transactional or service-related emails may still be sent when needed to provide the service, maintain your account, deliver paid products, or comply with legal obligations.
Sharing information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, host data, process payments, deliver emails, manage accounts, provide analytics, prevent fraud, manage licenses, deliver downloads, maintain security, provide customer communication tools, and comply with legal or accounting requirements.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, License Terms, or Refund Policy, to investigate abuse or fraud, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users, our business, our rights, or the public, or in connection with a business transfer if the product or business is ever sold, merged, or reorganized.
We do not sell personal information as a standalone business model.
International processing
Elzo Forms is operated from Ukraine, but some service providers, infrastructure, payment systems, email services, hosting providers, or support tools may process information in other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
Where required, we use reasonable safeguards and rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international processing and transfers of personal information.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide products and services, maintain accounts and licenses, deliver updates and downloads, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, handle refunds or chargebacks, maintain security, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and payment requirements.
Account, license, order, payment, and tax-related records may be retained for longer where required or reasonably necessary for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or license-enforcement purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely retain it only where continued retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or request a copy of your personal information.
To make a privacy request, contact us at privacy@elzoforms.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We may also need to retain certain information where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or license-enforcement purposes.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your Elzo Forms account by contacting us at privacy@elzoforms.com. Deleting an account may remove or disable access to downloads, license keys, license management, renewals, and account history.
We may retain certain records after account deletion where required or reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, legal, payment, fraud-prevention, chargeback, security, dispute-resolution, or license-enforcement purposes.
Children's privacy
Elzo Forms products and services are intended for website owners, developers, businesses, organizations, and adult users. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information directly from children through the Elzo Forms website or account area.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at privacy@elzoforms.com so we can review and take appropriate action.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. These measures may include access controls, secure authentication practices, encrypted connections, limited access to account and payment-related records, software updates, backups, monitoring, and abuse-prevention measures.
No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and license keys confidential and for contacting us if you believe your account, payment information, website, or license key has been compromised.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate.
